Why is my account for [INSERT Platform] not sending data to the Social Club?

Answer

We have thoroughly tested Account Linking and any problems should now be fixed.

Please login to your Social Club account at https://socialclub.rockstargames.com/profile/login.html, enter your username and password, and click the Log in button.

Once you have logged in, click on Profile in the upper right hand corner of the Social Club window (next to Logout), and then click on Account Linking. This will bring you to the Account Linking screen. On this screen, you may choose which platform you wish to link to your Social Club account to by clicking Add (found underneath the text box for each platform).

If a name already exists in that field then it means that your account is linked correctly. Once you have successfully linked your account, your Xbox Live Gamertag, Playstation Network ID, or Windows Live ID will appear in the text box next to the platform name.

Upon successfully linking your account, you must play either Grand Theft Auto IV or Midnight Club: Los Angeles for at least 10 minutes. We recommend performing actions that prompt the games to save, such as completing a mission in Grand Theft Auto IV or completing a race in Midnight Club: Los Angeles in order to give the servers a chance to sync up the information for your account properly.

If you find that certain stats are not updating, it may be necessary for you to update their value in the game in order for the data to get resent to us.
