First, please make sure to check your junk mail/spam folders to see whether the validation email has ended up there. If you cannot locate your original validation email in your junk mail/spam folders you may resend a validation email by going here:
Re-send my Validation Email
IMPORTANT: Before before requesting that your validation email be re-sent to you, please make sure to add NoReply@rockstargames.com to your "safe senders" list on any junk mail/spam filters you may have in place.
Please note, that before you can use any Social Club features you must validate your account.
In addition, we have noticed specific problems with users of the "blueyonder" ISP and have specific steps to follow to receive your Social Club validation email:
Log on to http://www.blueyonder.co.uk/selfcare (it will redirect to http://www.virginmedia.com/customers).
Click "Email" in the Customer zone home list on the left.
Select the correct email address ending (@blueyonder.co.uk) from the menu and click "Send".
Enter email address and password to log in.
Click "Options" and then "Anti-spam and Antivirus Preferences".
Un-check "Enable spam checking".
Resend your validation email using the link.
Re-check "Enable spam checking" AFTER you have received your validation email.
