The program hangs up, crashes or stops while loading a scenario or campaign.
Answer
Make sure there is enough hard disk space to create a virtual memory(VM) buffer for windows. We recommend at least 300Mb free on the hard disk for VM operations and also let windows manage the VM settings. This can be set from (start>>settings>>control panel>>system>>performance>>advanced>>virtual memory, change).
Obtain the latest drivers for all the system hardware (sound card, video card, CD-Rom drive).Reduce the graphics settings in the game options menu to low resolution textures. Some graphics cards cannot support the high detail textures in game.
